General Rental Agreement Guidelines

• There is NO SMOKING inside the building.
• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required in advance to reserve any of the rooms at the depot. The balance is due two weeks prior to the event.
• The rooms are expected to be left clean and in the same condition as provided. A cleaning deposit is required.
• A certificate of liability insurance is required with the reservation deposit.
• The renter is responsible for any injuries, property damages, or theft of property which may occur during the event.
• Parking fees (currently $4.00 per day) in the Caltrain and Santa Clara commuter lots at the depot are enforced daily and are not included in any rental agreement.
• The SBHRS library (former baggage room) is not available for inclusion in any rental agreement.
• Other rental requests or changes to the above guidelines may be considered by the SBHRS Board of Directors upon written request.
